Rich, nutty, and subtly sweet, this Dubai Chocolate Slice layers Medjool dates, pistachios, and collagen-infused dark chocolate into a dreamy, better-for-you treat. Perfect for sharing—if you must. Serves 16
Ingredients
- 8 Medjool dates, pitted
- 150g plain yogurt
- 80g shredded coconut
- 20g honey
- 100g pistachios
- 25g chopped pistachios, for topping
- 125g dark chocolate
- 2 scoops collagen dream
Method:

Line a loaf pan with baking paper.

Pit and open the dates, then press them into the bottom of the pan to form a flat base.

Blend pistachios until fine, then add yogurt and honey. Blend again until smooth. Stir in coconut.

Spread the pistachio-coconut mix over the date base.

Melt the chocolate in 30-second bursts, stirring in between. Mix in collagen powder.

Pour chocolate over the pistachio layer and spread evenly. Top with chopped pistachios or sea salt.

Chill for 1 hour or until set. Lift out and slice into squares.
