      My 2026 challenge

      I had seen myself put so much weight on I was 79.8kg in December 2025 and its been a month and I have noticed a difference with myself. I have energy now compared to last year when I would just be so exhausted and not want to do anything with my children. im slowly loosing the weight may not be much atm but its something and as I continue on I guess I will notice. My skin and hair is more nicer to feel. I have now gotten my husband on it and together we have goals changed our eating patterns and enjoying the glow shakes and beautiful engery drinks.
