Choc Mint Mousse Parfait

Ingredients
- 160g tub vanilla protein yoghurt
- 2 scoops choc mint Glow
- 3 tbsp low-fat milk
- 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
Instructions
- Add the yoghurt, Glow powder, and milk to a medium bowl. Stir well until fully combined and smooth.
- Divide the mixture between two dessert glasses.
- Top with pomegranate seeds, coconut, and pistachios.
- Enjoy!
