Once we receive your order it will be processed within 24 business hours. Order processing operates Monday - Friday (public holidays excluded). Orders received after 3pm AEST will be processed the following morning.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.
Send an email to hello.sg@thecollagen.co or fill out our contact form here as soon as possible, including your order details and the correct address. We will do our best to rectify this for you!
If you are not present when the courier arrives with your package, they may locate a safe place at your address to leave your package.
If they cannot find a safe place to leave your package, it will be taken back to the depot and delivery will be arranged on another day.

Delivery attempted means a courier has attempted to deliver your package to you, however they were unable to complete the delivery. There could be various reasons the delivery failed to go through, such as an unavailable recipient or an incorrect or incomplete address.
