How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

Once we receive your order it will be processed within 24 business hours. Order processing operates Monday - Friday (public holidays excluded). Orders received after 3pm AEST will be processed the following day.Once your order has been processed, it is sent via SEKO Logistics and will be delivered within 7-9 business days*.Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.*Above time frames are estimations and some variances in delivery times may occur.

I entered the wrong delivery address, what should I do?

Can my delivery be left at my address if I'm not there?

If you are not present when the courier arrives with your package, they may locate a safe place at your address to leave your package. If they cannot find a safe place to leave your package, it will be taken back to the depot and delivery will be arranged on another day.
