Satisfy your sweet cravings guilt-free with our Collagen Mango Clusters—high in protein, gluten-free, and requiring no baking. Here's how to whip up these delightful treats:
Ingredients (Makes 6)
3/4 cup plain protein yoghurt
1 scoop Vanilla Milkshake Glow Shakes
1 cup chopped Mango
1 cup white chocolate chips
Method:
1. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a medium bowl, combine chopped mango, yoghurt and vanilla glow shakes
powder.
3. Spoon the mixture onto 6 circles on the prepared baking tray, spacing them out
evenly.
4. Place the tray in the freezer for 2-3 hours to allow the clusters to firm up.
5. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30 second increments, until
smooth and fully melted
6. Remove the clusters from the freezer. Using a fork, dip each cluster into the
melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet. Working quickly, repeat
until all clusters are coated in chocolate.
7. Return the tray to the freezer for another 15-20 minutes then enjoy!
