Daytime: Beautiful Energy
Mix 1 scoop with 400ml of water, stir or shake well, and sip your way to feel-good focus and skin support. Take it once daily, ideally in the morning or early afternoon — whenever you need steady energy without the crash.
Evening: Collagen Dream Hot Chocolate
30 minutes before bed, mix 2 scoops with 200–250ml of hot water and stir until smooth.
Add a splash of milk for extra creaminess and enjoy as your calming nightly ritual to support relaxation, recovery, and restful sleep.
