Brown Rice Pudding

Creamy, comforting, and packed with protein — this Brown Rice Pudding is a nourishing twist on a classic dessert. Made with our Mixed Berry Collagen for a fruity boost, it’s naturally sweetened with honey and perfectly spiced with cinnamon. Serve it warm with fresh orange segments for a cozy, feel-good treat!
Ingredients (serves 3)
- ½ cup brown rice
- 2 scoops Mixed Berry Premium Collage Peptides
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 ¼ cups milk of choice
- ½ an orange, segmented, to serve
Method

In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the brown rice, Berry Collagen, cinnamon, honey, and 2 cups of milk. Bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Add the remaining ¼ cup of milk and continue to simmer for a further 15 minutes, or until the rice is soft and creamy.

Serve warm, topped with orange segments, an extra sprinkle of cinnamon, and an optional splash of milk. Enjoy!
