Gluten Free Warm Chocolate Pudding

What's better on a cold Winter night than a warm chocolate pudding?
A healthier version that's GLUTEN FREE!
Dig into this Collagen chocolate pudding for one (or make two) and reap the benefits of collagen for your hair, skin, nails and joints.

INGREDIENTS (MAKES 1)
1 Tbsp + 2 tsp Cocoa Powder
3 Tbsp Oat Flour
2 Scoops The Collagen Co Unflavoured Collagen
1/8 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
2-3 tsp Coconut Oil
3 Tbsp Milk of choice
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Cubes Chocolate of choice
METHOD
- Combine dry ingredients, mix well. Add wet ingredients, stir well. Transfer 1/2 the mixture to a well greased ramekin. Place in the chocolate squares. Pour over the remaining batter.
- Either microwave for 30-40 seconds /or cook in a 175C oven for approximately 14 minutes. Enjoy warm (as is) or drizzle over some of your favourite melted chocolate.
