How to enjoy it?
Add 1 serve to 250-500ml hot or cold water, fruit or your favourite smoothie and mix well. Adding the powder first helps the collagen powder to mix in better. Unflavoured collagen can also be added to tea or coffee and baked into cakes or biscuits for a delicious collagen snack.
How many serves a day?
How much collagen you should take each day depends on your own health goals. Between 15-30grams of collagen peptides a day will give you visible results.

Admittedly the first time I ordered I didn't realise I had ordered the flavoured version <facepalm>. When I had my 2 scoops in a glass I found it too sweet. Then I had a lightbulb moment and filled up a large seperate water bottle and now have it every day and also means I am getting my water intake which had dropped right off.
Really enjoy the more watered down flavour and either sip away throughout the day or down the bottle in 1 go. Even my kids steal a sip or 2! Very yum!

I have been in this product for over 2 years.
My skin which has been very dry due to age, I'm 64 is so much better .

Love this bottle as it is easy to keep track of how much you are drinking and has become part of my daily routine. It’s dishwasher safe and sparkles beautifully once washed.
