      Add 1 serve to 250-500ml hot or cold water, fruit or your favourite smoothie and mix well. Adding the powder first helps the collagen powder to mix in better. Unfavoured collagen can also be added to tea or coffee and baked into cakes or biscuits for a delicious collagen snack.

      How much collagen you should take each day depends on your own health goals. Between 15-30grams of collagen peptides a day will give you visible results.

        The best!! Hydration.

        Literally my whole life, I hate water. Didn’t matter if there lemon in it or other powders, I wasn’t having it. THEN! I came across this! Now I’m on l.5 lt day. Had my strawberry/watermelon on ice all through my chemo and recovery to assist my hydration intake when I was terribly ill and someone’s was the only source of intake I could keep down.
