        The hair growth is for real!

        Ok I have been using collagen co protein shakes daily since December , my goodness has my hair grown longer and healthier. My nails are stronger and my skin is glowier. Even my hairs dresser noticed how quickly my hair grew in such a short amount of time. I took a photo to look at the growth between the last 3 months. And I was so excited my goal is for grow my hair to my bum and it’s growing so quick with these shakes so I’m happy hehe. Mind you I’ve had my hair trimmed in between these 2 photos as well and coloured.
