I have tried all the flavours except churro and love them all.
I don't use them to lose weight, it's simply to get enough protein. I really like having them with ice and water. My favourite are salted caramel, banana and strawberry. The brand really nailed the recipe to the items they sell.
I also use the super beauty greens - I enjoyed tropical punch, but since trying apple blackcurrant, it's my favourite.

I’ll be honest—at first, I didn’t love the texture. But I kept at it and started drinking it every day, both during the workweek and on weekends. Eventually, I figured out how to make it just right! I finished the whole bag of the Violet Crumble flavor and have since moved on to Salted Caramel. I actually just placed another order today for Crumble flavor and Super Beauty Greens.
These Glow Shakes have become my go-to breakfast—I usually have one around 7:30 a.m., and it keeps me full until 10 or 11! Then, during my lunch break, I drink my Super Beauty Greens. And at night, after I finish my treadmill workout, I have my Strawberry Watermelon Collagen Powder.
It’s been about 3 or 4 weeks now of consistently drinking these three collagen supplements, and honestly, I prefer this over taking pills—which I’ve never liked. I’ve definitely noticed a difference, especially in my facial skin. For someone with acne-prone skin like me, that’s a big deal. I really believe collagen is helping with both my skin and overall weight goals.
I tried the Collagen Dream once, but I don’t think it worked well for me—I didn’t feel great when I woke up the next day. That said, it might work better for someone who struggles with falling asleep or staying asleep at night. Everyone reacts differently, so it could be a good fit if sleep is something you're working on and you don’t experience the same after-effects.

I’ve purchased the chocolate, strawberry and the salted caramel, the salted caramel is my favorite flavor. As for shakes go, they are pretty tasty, however, if you re drinking them as meal replacement you will definitely need to either have strong will or eat small snacks since they are not very filling and will leave you hungry. In terms of collagen or what not I haven’t noticed any significant differences yet as I’ve only been drinking it for less than a month now and I take one bottle a day.
