        I have purchased in the past but wasn’t quite ready in my mind to focus on weight loss.

        They were satchels back then.

        I recently purchased the tin of Vanilla Smoothie, my favourite flavour. I love that it’s now in a tin, less fuss than the satchels and so easy and quick for dinner. Yes, I have them for dinner. I’ve swapped my meals to being breakfast as my main meal, a salad with small amount of chicken for a late lunch and my smoothie at night. I’ve dropped a dress size in 5 weeks.

        I know I’m getting good vitamins from the smoothie and a bonus is that my skin is softer.

        I’ll try the other flavours again too.
