        Loving for 2 months

        I've been enjoying these meal replacement shakes for a few reasons. Not only myself but the family I work for has noticed I'm "eating less" aka smaller portions. Someone asked if I'd done anything different to my hair which I hadn't, but I think it's looking healthier.

        I LOVE these shakes mix thick. Other nutritional drinks have too liquidity for me (I don't drink milk) it's psychological, I know but if it's liquid I feel like I'm drinking flavored milk and can't do it.

        I'm working on losing bloating and 10lbs. Along with adding protein into my daily intake. The scale isn't moving fast though some clothes I had aside (too tight) are back to almost wearable again.

        I take accountability in my workout routine and getting back on track with it.

        * I'm 44 , 5'3, and working on getting back to 110lbs.

        *it helps the flavors I've tried actually taste great with no odd after tastes.

        LOVE THIS

        Bought my first one a couple of months ago now.

        Was surprised about the taste - I love my choc oak milks and it was a similar taste without the sugar - it fills me up and I really enjoy it.

        Have lost 5kg so far with little exercise but willing to make the most of it soon and join a gym and keep on track to my target.

        Hope this is a long term thing as I plan to stay on weight loss track but it’s also great to curb the cravings and it also is very very filling. So when I do eventually eat - my stomach is too full to eat a full meal.

        Yummy and effective!

        I have just finished first tin and my skins feels and looks alot better. Although at first use I was not able to need to go to the toilet for days, my body seem to have regulated and not experiencing the same anymore.

        I like my chocolate flavour and fills you up for a long period. Just received the second tin.

        Con: the tins seem to have less inside compares to the size and price. Could do better on filing it a bit more.
