1. Sign-Up Requirements

Participants must meet the following criteria to join:

Be at least 18 years of age

Reside in a country where The Collagen Co. ships products.

Provide accurate and complete information during the sign-up process.

2. Participation Requirements

To complete the 28-day challenge, participants must:

Take clear before photos (front and side) with proof of timestamp 

Follow all instructions and complete 28 days of the challenge using The Collagen Co. products as intended.

Take clear after photos (front and side) with proof of timestamp. After photos should be taken in the same place and attire as before for best comparison.  

Agree to share their progress truthfully and refrain from altering or manipulating photos, weights, or measurements.

3. Submission Guidelines

To be eligible for the challenge, participants must:

Post their before-and-after photos in the Glow Talk community by the specified deadline.

Ensure photos:

Include full-body views (showing the face is optional).

Are clear, unedited, and taken under consistent lighting and conditions to ensure authenticity.

Include a timestamp (recommended for verification purposes).

Submissions after the deadline will not be considered.

No anonymous posts—we need your full name to select a winner.

4. Winner Selection Criteria

Winners will be chosen based on:

Best transformation, not total weight loss.

Creativity in sharing their journey.

Strict adherence to challenge guidelines.

To be eligible, winners must:

Sign up via the official Shake and Glow Challenge through the Website.

Have placed an order for a minimum of 2 Glow Shakes through thecollagen.co within 2 months of the challenge start date.

Post before-and-after photos in the Glow Talk community Facebook Group by the deadline.

Submit full-body photos (face optional).

The decision of The Collagen Co. team will be final.

5. Prizes

Grand Prize:

A Luxury Escape Dream Holiday valued at $7,000.

The prize can be redeemed for flights and accommodation exclusively through the Luxury Escapes website.

The prize is non-redeemable for cash.

Additional Prizes:

2nd Place: Luxury Escapes Credit valued at $2,000.

3rd Place: Luxury Escapes Credit valued at $1,000.

Power Couple Award: Luxury Escapes Credit valued at $2,000.

All credits must be booked through the Luxury Escapes website.

These credits are non-redeemable for cash.

Spot Prizes:

A $300 The Collagen Co Gift card will be awarded to each of the following stand out challenge participants in our Glow Talk community group: 

The Motivator: Motivates and creates the most engaging conversations 

The Mover & Shaker: Consistently shares photos and videos of their journey.

The Shake Genius: Shares creative recipes for Glow Shakes.

The Healthy Plate Queen: Shares pictures of their healthy lunch and dinner

The Fitness Enthusiast: Shares pictures of their fitness and exercise journey

Gift Cards:

Any The Collagen Co. Gift Cards issued as prizes are redeemable only for The Collagen Co. products and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Any The Collagen Co. Gift Cards awarded will be issued in the recipient's local currency.

Prize Claim Period:
Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of receiving notification. Failure to claim within this period will result in forfeiture.

6. Currency

All prizes are quoted in AUD and will be converted to the equivalent amount in the winner’s local currency, based on the exchange rate applicable on the date the prize is sent.

7. Usage Rights

By submitting content (e.g., before-and-after photos) to the Glow Talk community:

Participants grant The Collagen Co. the right to use their images and testimonials for marketing purposes, including but not limited to:

Social media

Website promotions

Advertisements

Participants who do not wish for their content to be used must notify The Collagen Co. prior to the challenge's conclusion.

8. Non-Endorsement of Results

Individual results may vary based on factors such as diet, exercise, and body composition.

The Collagen Co. does not guarantee specific outcomes.

9. Challenge Cancellation

The Collagen Co. reserves the right to cancel or modify the challenge at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

10. Modification of Terms

The Collagen Co. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Changes will be communicated to registered participants via their registered email.

11. Privacy Policy

All personal information provided during sign-up will be used solely for the purpose of managing the Shake and Glow Challenge.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with The Collagen Co.’s Privacy Policy.

By participating, entrants consent to their data being stored and used for challenge-related activities.
