Before I started this challenge I was STUCK. Nothing I did was working and I was just maintaining my weight. I wasn’t happy with myself and my goal weight started to seem like the impossible. I just wanted to feel good in my own skin again.
Thanks to the shakes, I am now 4 kilos DOWN, making me down 17 kilos total! I am also down a dress size!! My confidence has improved immensely!! I am creeping so much closer to my goal and I am finally loving myself more and more everyday.
