Zucchini Omelette

A light, protein-packed omelette filled with sautéed zucchini and melted cheddar cheese—perfect for a nourishing start to your day. Paired with our refreshing Tropical Punch Beauty Greens for an extra boost of nutrients and glow from within.
Ingredients
- 1 zucchini, thinly slice
- 1/4 brown onion, thinly sliced
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 eggs
- 25g cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 serving Tropical Punch Super Beauty Greens
- 1 glass water
Method
- Heat a medium pan over medium heat and lightly spray with olive oil.
- Sauté the zucchini and onion for 3–4 minutes until soft. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Spray the pan with oil again, then pour in the egg mixture, tilting to evenly cover the base. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the sautéed zucchini and onion to one side of the omelette, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and fold the omelette over.
- Cook for another minute until the cheese melts and the omelette is fully set. Transfer to a plate.
- Mix the Tropical Punch Beauty Greens into a glass of water until fully dissolved, and serve alongside the omelette.
